On Saturday the 25th of June, Sing Along Cinema brings ‘Movieoke’ mayhem to the The Sugar Club on Leeson St. And what better way to kick off in our new home than screening ‘Dirty Dancing’, which we promise you is stranger and funnier than you remember. Featuring, as it does, a surreal but brilliant soundtrack which blends huge tunes from the 60s and the 80s. But as great as the songs are, it’s the dialogue that will blow your mind... Remember; “Nobody puts Baby in a corner”.
On the night we will be serving two very special cocktails: the ‘BABY’... Which might just put you in a corner.
And the ‘SWAYZE’... Which will make you dance all sexy, like.
After the ‘Time of Your Life’ we highly recommend you stick around for the after-show, ‘Prom-Night’ the ultimate coming of age Dance, complete with slow sets, and epic anthems under the mirror-ball.
